Malmaison Newcastle is bringing together two of its dining concepts for a limited-time menu that puts a Japanese spin on its classic brasserie offering.
SORA at Chez Mal is available at Malmaison Newcastle on the Quayside until 30th September 2026, combining the flavours of SORA’s Japanese menu with the steakhouse and brasserie favourites of Chez Mal.
Expect premium cuts cooked over traditional Japanese Binchō-tan charcoal, alongside sushi, sashimi and contemporary small plates. Dishes include tuna sashimi, tiger prawn nigiri and a selection of signature steaks, while cocktails and desserts round off the menu.
